Purchases from this store are processed by Tebex Limited (company number 08129184), which acts as the merchant and seller of record. When you check out, your payment details, billing information and order data are collected and controlled by Tebex — not by Haven SMP. Your card details are entered into and processed by Tebex and its payment providers, not by this website.
Because Tebex is the controller for that data, their own privacy notice governs it, and it is the authoritative and up-to-date version:
In summary, Tebex collects identity, contact, transaction, technical and usage data to process your order, manage payments, prevent fraud, meet its legal and tax obligations, and (where you have opted in) send marketing. Tebex's notice sets out its lawful bases, retention periods, international transfer safeguards, and your rights — including your right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Tebex's data privacy contact is listed in their notice linked above. For how Haven SMP handles your in-game and Discord data, see our Haven Privacy Policy.
